The New Yorker® A Regid Valance Awning is a Beauty-Mark® brand by Awntech® designed for both residential and commercial applications. It features a full load-bearing structural aluminum frame with stainless steel hardware, engineered and tested to withstand heavy wind and snow loads, including extreme wind tunnel up/down draft, obstacle, and weight positioning testing. The canopy is made from Beauty-Mark® acrylic fabrics woven from 100% solution-dyed acrylic anti-microbial yarns treated with UV and water-resistant coatings, and is available in many designer solids and stripes with options for trim color and valance style. Installation involves securing a few wall brackets, setting the awning into the brackets, and tightening. The awning has an elegant slope with a solid frame straight valance, and the acrylic fabric is rust, fade, and mildew resistant. The product carries a 5-year limited warranty.
