The New Yorker® A Regid Valance Awning is a Beauty-Mark® brand by Awntech®, designed for both residential and commercial applications. This fixed awning features a full load-bearing frame made of structural aluminum and stainless steel hardware, engineered and tested to withstand heavy wind and snow loads, including extreme wind tunnel up/down draft, obstacle, and weight positioning tests. Installation involves mounting a few wall brackets, setting the awning into the brackets, and tightening. The canopy is crafted from Beauty-Mark® acrylic fabrics woven from 100% solution-dyed acrylic anti-microbial yarns, treated with UV and water-resistant coatings, and available in various solids and stripes. Options include trim color and valance style. The awning has an elegant slope design with a solid frame straight valance and is rust, fade, and mildew resistant. The product comes with a 5-year limited warranty.
