The New Yorker® A Regid Valance Awning, a Beauty-Mark® brand by Awntech®, is a fixed awning designed for both residential and commercial use. It features a full load-bearing frame made of structural aluminum and stainless steel hardware, engineered and tested to withstand heavy wind and snow loads, including extreme wind tunnel up/down drafts, obstacle impact, and weight positioning. The canopy is crafted from Beauty-Mark® acrylic fabrics, woven from 100% solution-dyed acrylic anti-microbial yarns, treated with UV and water-resistant coatings, and available in various designer solids and stripes. The awning includes options for trim color and valance style, with an elegant slope design and a solid frame straight valance. Installation involves mounting a few wall brackets, setting the awning into place, and tightening. The fabric is rust, fade, and mildew resistant. This product comes with a 5-year limited warranty.
