The Dallas Retro® open-sided slope awning is a Beauty-Mark® brand by Awntech®, designed as a versatile awning suitable for all architectural styles with a full load-bearing frame engineered and tested to withstand heavy wind and snow loads. Unlike many modular fixed awnings with partial frames, the Dallas Retro® features structural aluminum frame construction with stainless steel hardware, tested in extreme wind tunnel conditions including up/down drafts, obstacle impact, and weight positioning. Installation involves mounting a few wall brackets, setting the awning into place, and tightening. The canopy is made from Beauty-Mark® DocrYL acrylic fabrics woven from 100% solution-dyed acrylic anti-microbial yarns, treated with UV and water resistant coatings, and available in various designer solids and stripes, with options for trim color and valance style. The awning is suitable for both commercial and residential applications, with a frame that is easy to assemble and install, and fabric that is rust, fade, and mildew resistant, backed by a 5-year limited warranty.
