The kit includes a full load-bearing frame manufactured from structural aluminum with stainless steel hardware, ensuring durability and strength superior to many modular fixed awnings that have partial frames. Installation is straightforward, involving a few wall brackets to set and tighten the awning securely. The canopy is made from Beauty-Mark® Docril acrylic fabrics, woven from 100% solution-dyed acrylic anti-microbial yarns treated with UV and water-resistant coatings, offering resistance to rust, fading, and mildew. Available fabric options include multiple designer solids and stripes, with customizable trim color and valance style. The product comes with a 5-year limited warranty.
