The Charleston® scrolled arm awning is a Beauty-Mark® brand by Awntech®, designed for both residential and commercial applications with an elegant style that complements most architectural designs. The kit includes a full structural aluminum frame with stainless steel hardware, engineered and tested to withstand heavy wind and snow loads without collapsing or detaching from the home. Installation is straightforward, involving the mounting of wall brackets, setting the awning into place, and tightening. The canopy is made from Beauty-Mark® acrylic fabrics, woven from 100% solution-dyed acrylic anti-microbial yarns, treated with UV and water-resistant coatings, and available in numerous designer solids and stripes. This awning is rust, fade, and mildew resistant. The Charleston® comes with a 5-year limited warranty.
