The kit includes two grinding wheels (fine/coarse) and one stropping wheel, which provide maximum sharpness and polish for blades. It grinds at angles between 18 to 22 degrees, the optimum angles recommended by knife manufacturers. The stropping wheel operates in reverse direction for more efficient removal of burrs and polishing of the blade. A magnetized drawer located under the grinding wheel captures metal shavings, making cleanup easier. The compact footprint of the unit allows for easy use and storage. The device comes with a limited one-year warranty and is fully NSF and UL certified.
