The stainless steel channel frame mirror is specifically designed for environments such as hospitals and restaurant bathrooms due to its corrosion-resistant properties. This mirror features a silver mirror encased in a 1/2" x 1/2" x 1/2" x 20 gauge type 304 stainless steel channel frame, which is roll-formed in one piece to secure the mirror and backing while providing tight mitered corners. The polished #4 satin finish enhances its aesthetic appeal. Installation is facilitated by two wall brackets that are firmly held in place with theft-resistant screws. A one-piece 20 gauge corrosion-resistant backing protects the mirror, and a full-size shock-absorbing water-resistant filler, made of 1/8" thick expanded polyethylene microcell foam sheet material, provides abrasion and water resistance. Additionally, the kit includes a 5"D shelf crafted from 18 gauge stainless steel, featuring a satin finish and hemmed edges for safety; the shelf is welded to the face frame.
