Elvex® AirSpecs™ WelgG50 black stainless steel mesh goggles are designed for protection against pokes and prods from stationary or very low energy, non-fragmenting objects over 1 mm in diameter, making them suitable for humid environments. This kit includes 12 pairs of goggles featuring a stainless steel mesh lens that provides limited hazard protection while allowing air to circulate, preventing fogging. The lens is made of 0.45 mm stainless steel wire with 0.8 mm mesh openings, ensuring durability and rust resistance. The steel mesh lens also reduces visible light by 60%, functioning like sunglasses to decrease glare, while a black anodized coating minimizes reflections. The wrap-around frame design, complemented by EVA foam, ensures a secure face seal and eye socket protection, and the pantoscopic angle adjustment temple allows for a better fit on various face shapes. The elastic fabric headband is adjustable for a comfortable and secure fit. These goggles meet ANSI Z87.1 standards for basic impact protection and are guaranteed not to fog.
