The griddle cleaning kit is ergonomically designed to maximize productivity and minimize operator fatigue, featuring a heavy-duty die-cast aluminum construction that provides a sturdy and long-lasting frame. It includes a safety splash guard to protect against grease splatters and boasts a long (18") frame with a top handle that keeps hands and fingers safely away from the hot griddle surface. The kit comes equipped with a 5-1/2" sharpened stainless steel blade that cleans the griddle evenly and consistently. Additionally, it includes replacement blades, wing nuts, and bolts made of rust-resistant 304 grade stainless steel.
