Worldwide Electric vertical hollow shaft motors are equipped with a drive coupling that mounts at the top of the motor as standard. The coupling's key dimension is the BX dimension, also referred to as the bore size of the coupling. These couplings are available in various bore sizes to ensure compatibility with the diameter of the pump's shaft. Worldwide Electric provides alternate couplings for each frame family, accommodating a wide range of pump shaft dimensions to fulfill diverse vertical hollow shaft requirements.
