The S-4100 boom stand is Meiji Techno America's most popular ergonomic option, featuring a pillar, crossarm, and a 20mm drop-down mounting post that accommodates F, FX, or FC holders (sold separately) or focus blocks with a 20mm mounting hole, commonly available from microscope manufacturers. It is equipped with a 400mm (15.74") vertical pole and a 530mm (20.86") horizontal pole, ensuring minimal space requirements while maximizing the available workspace. The stand can swing easily out of the way, and the horizontal arm can be freely adjusted left to right or securely locked in place with T-handle knobs. The vertical column compensates for taller specimen heights, accommodating various microscope bodies, and features anti-rotation stabilization with a locking pin on the vertical post. Designed for use with Zoom (EMZ series), Turret (EMT series), and Fixed (EMF series) stereo bodies, the S-4100 supports the preparation of mice, insects, and other model organisms, as well as semiconductor and electrical components. The stand is equipped with a 35 lbs. base and offers ample height and long reach for inspecting small to large parts under the microscope. It features ergonomic flexibility, a chemical-resistant paint finish, and corrosion-resistant stainless steel columns, making it an excellent choice for laboratories and production facilities.
