The S-4200 boom stand is Meiji Techno America's most popular ergonomic boom stand designed for versatility and convenience in various laboratory and production settings. It features a pillar, crossarm, and a 20mm drop-down mounting post that is compatible with F, FX, or FC holders (to be ordered separately) or focus blocks with a 20mm mounting hole. The stand is equipped with a 610mm (24") vertical pole and a 530mm (20.86") horizontal pole, allowing minimal space requirements while providing the greatest vertical post length in its series. The S-4200 can be easily swung out of the way to clear the workstation and the horizontal arm can be moved left to right or securely locked into position with T-handle knobs. The vertical column compensates for taller specimen heights, ensuring compatibility with various microscope bodies, while anti-rotation is stabilized by a locking pin on the vertical post. The stand is designed for use with Zoom (EMZ series), Turret (EMT series), and Fixed (EMF series) stereo bodies, offering ample height and reach to inspect small to large parts. The S-4200 has a robust 35-lbs base, ergonomic flexibility, a chemical-resistant paint finish, and corrosion-resistant stainless steel columns, making it an excellent choice for laboratories.
