The Roof Top Expanded Metal Cage, measuring 8' x 12' x 4.5", T-Rex8x12, is designed to reduce vandalism and theft of outside roof top commercial air conditioning compressor units with the A/C Cage Guard. This durable cage is uniquely designed for quick and secure installations, providing protection from theft, vandalism, weather, and pets. Installation is quick and simple, typically completed in 45 minutes with a team of three individuals, while also allowing easy access for A/C service technicians. The patented cage design features a top panel that secures all side panels, enabling quick access and installation. Anti-separator bars are included to prevent unlawful access, and the cage is equipped with a vandal-proof puck lock (Master Lock 6270) with a recessed hinge to deter theft. Each cage comes with bolt-down base plates for surface mounting, as well as leveling legs and a cage security bar for optional bolting directly to the A/C unit base. The finish is galvanized, and a large inventory is readily available for quick delivery, with fast customization options provided.
