The Bearings Limited NTA6074 needle bearing is a thrust roller assembly featuring a bore diameter of 95.25 mm. As a type of roller bearing, it is classified based on the direction of the load it supports, available in either radial or thrust configurations. This needle roller bearing is compliant with ISO specifications, encompassing variants such as drawn cup, solid radial bearings, and thrust needle bearings. It is offered in two types: caged and full complement. The drawn cup outer rings are constructed from carefully selected alloy steel sheet and undergo a surface-hardening process after precise pressing, resulting in a robust structure. The cage of the needle bearing is designed to accurately guide the rollers at the pitch diameter, while its surface is hardened to minimize frictional torque, thus enhancing rigidity and wear resistance.
