The Bearings Limited NTA4860 needle bearing is a thrust roller assembly with a bore size of 76.2 mm. As a type of roller bearing, it is classified as either radial or thrust based on the direction of the load it supports. This needle roller bearing falls within the specifications that slightly exceed the size range of needle rollers as stipulated by ISO standards. It includes drawn cup and solid radial bearings, as well as thrust needle bearings, available in two configurations: caged and full complement. The drawn cup outer rings are constructed from carefully selected alloy steel sheet, which undergoes surface-hardening after precise pressing to achieve a unique structure. Additionally, the cage of the needle bearing accurately guides the rollers at the pitch diameter, with its surface also hardened to minimize frictional torque while enhancing rigidity and wear resistance.
