Bearings Limited NTA815 needle bearing is a thrust roller assembly with a bore of 12.7mm. It falls under the category of needle roller bearings, which can be classified as either radial or thrust, depending on the direction of the load they support. This type of bearing includes those whose rollers slightly exceed the size range of needle rollers as stipulated by ISO, and encompasses drawn cup, solid radial bearings, and thrust needle bearings. The needle roller bearings are available in two configurations: caged and full complement. The drawn cup outer rings are crafted from carefully selected alloy steel sheet and are surface-hardened after precise pressing, ensuring a unique structure. Additionally, the cage of the needle bearing is designed to accurately guide the rollers at the pitch diameter, with the surface of the cage hardened to reduce frictional torque while enhancing rigidity and wear resistance.
