As a type of roller bearing, needle roller bearings are categorized into radial or thrust types based on the load direction they support. This assembly includes drawn cup, solid radial bearings, and thrust needle bearings, which are available in two types: caged and full complement. The drawn cup outer rings are constructed from carefully selected alloy steel sheet, which undergoes surface hardening after precise pressing to enhance structural integrity. The cage of the needle bearing is designed to accurately guide the rollers at the pitch diameter, with a hardened surface that minimizes frictional torque while increasing rigidity and wear resistance.
