The Classic™ aluminum stock pots are constructed from standard gauge impact-resistant energy-efficient 3004 aluminum, ensuring heat is spread evenly along the base and sidewalls. They feature double-thick rims that maintain a round shape for a better cover fit and double-thick bottoms to resist denting. The beadless rims facilitate easy cleaning, while the tall and narrow design allows liquids to bubble up through the food, extracting maximum flavor. Additionally, the solid welded aluminum handles provide durability and simplify interior cleaning. The stock pot has a 12" diameter and a 20 quart capacity.
