The stock pots feature solid welded aluminum handles that ensure durability and facilitate easy cleaning, while the double-thick top is designed to withstand tough knocks. Constructed from heavy gauge impact-resistant 3004 aluminum, the pots have a double-thick bottom that promotes even heating and eliminates hot spots. They come with a smooth surface for easy maintenance, and both flat and domed covers are available separately. With a 2 gauge thickness of 1/4" (0.63 cm), these pots are ideal for preparing stocks, soups, and liquids. Their tall and narrow shape allows liquids to bubble up through the food, optimizing flavor extraction. The stock pots without faucets are NSF certified and include a limited lifetime warranty, whereas those with faucets are not NSF certified and do not carry Jacob's Pride warranty. The pots have a diameter of 20 inches and a capacity of 120 quarts.
