The stock pot features solid welded aluminum handles that provide durability and facilitate easy cleaning, while the double-thick top is designed to withstand tough knocks. Constructed from heavy gauge impact resistant 3004 aluminum, the pot has a double-thick bottom that ensures even heating and eliminates hot spots. The smooth surface allows for easy cleaning, and options for flat and domed covers are available, with the covers sold separately. The stock pot has a thickness of 2 gauge, or 1/4" (0.63 cm), and is specifically designed for preparing stocks, soups, and liquids. Its tall and narrow shape allows liquids to bubble up through the food, extracting maximum flavor. Stock pots without faucets are NSF certified and come with a limited lifetime warranty, whereas stock pots with faucets are not NSF certified and are not covered by Jacob's Pride warranty. The pot has an 18" diameter and a capacity of 80 quarts.
