The simplest and most inexpensive way to isolate vibration shock and reduce noise level is to install machinery and equipment on 2 sided waffle design VibraSystems neoprene pads. The kit includes vibration isolating pads that can be easily cut to size, allowing a 1/2" margin on all sides to provide firm footing. To install, lift the machine to be isolated and slide the pads under each mounting point. The molded waffle design allows material expansion without loss of stability, providing maximum resilience and minimal creep. Key features include resistance to oil and solvents, firm anchoring of the machine to the floor to prevent creeping or walking, isolation of vertical and horizontal forces, control of vibration shock and noise, and ease of cutting with a sharp utility knife.
