The Scilogex 18900221 heating block is designed for use with 5/15 ml tubes and features 28 holes, making it compatible with the Scilogex HB120-S LED digital dry bath. This high-performance heating block is ideal for various applications in molecular biology, histology, clinical, environmental, and industrial laboratories, including melting and boiling point determination, enzyme reactions, incubation and activation of cultures, immunoassays, DNA denaturation, culture media tests, coagulation tests, and blood-urea-nitrogen determinations, as well as in-situ hybridizations. Its low profile and space-saving design allow for efficient use of laboratory space, while real-time temperature and time control is displayed through clear independent displays. The heating block is made from high-grade aluminum, offering excellent temperature uniformity across a range of ambient +5 to 120°C.
