Banner Stakes is an effective, reusable, and portable barricade system that provides unique safety benefits. The set includes 1 Plus banner head, 1 Plus stanchion, and 1 Plus base, along with a 1-year limited warranty. The banner head features a 15' removable/interchangeable retractable belt, which is 2.5" wide and made of polyester woven fabric. The heads secure onto the stanchion with push pins for added stability and security. The stanchion has a twist-off removable spike for dual-purpose use in soft ground surfaces with the spike or in the base by removing the spike. It also features a telescoping stake that extends from 19" to 42". Stanchions are available in red, orange, yellow, and black, while the low-profile base is designed for enhanced image and can be filled up to 18 lbs. with water or 30 lbs. with sand. The base includes a carry handle for easy portability and is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Furthermore, the system is rust-proof.
