The 3M DBI-SALA 1500015 V ring attachment, also known as the tool cinch dual medium duty, features a unique cinch design that allows users to quickly secure even the most difficult to tether tools and continue their work. It includes two stabilization wings that allow the tool cinch to be secured to a tool using Quick-Wrap Tape II. This attachment point is third-party certified to a maximum capacity of 35 lb. (15.9 kg) and meets ANSI/ISEA 121-2018 standards. The package consists of the tool cinch dual wing medium duty attachment point incorporating the V-ring design.
