The Viper Plus GT full reclining wheelchair from Drive Medical features built-in seat rail extensions and extendable upholstery that allow for quick adjustment of the seat depth from 16" to 18", utilizing exclusive telescoping technology. Constructed with an all-aluminum frame, this wheelchair includes a dual axle for multiple seat-to-floor height positions and adjustable height, flip-back, removable padded arms for easy transfers. It weighs under 32 lbs (excluding front rigging) and is designed with an over-center cross brace that eliminates the need for seat guides, making it compatible with seating and positioning accessories. The adjustable angle back can be set between 5-degrees to 20-degrees, while the height-adjustable back ranges from 17" to 19" in 1" increments to cater to individual patient needs. The durable heavy-gauge nylon upholstery is secured with hook-and-loop fastener straps.
