The kit includes a comprehensive selection of sizes in music wire and Type 302 stainless steel, both manufactured to rigid standards under strict tolerances. The music wire parts are zinc plated, while the stainless steel components are left plain; both have closed and ground ends. The high carbon steel music wire parts (ASTM A228) can be cycled repeatedly and are capable of operating at temperatures up to 250°F.
