The Bluff 36" IBC Stairway, model STAIR36I-11-75, is engineered to meet specific elevation transition needs, assessed by professional design engineers to ensure integration into existing structures or for new, freestanding installations. This stairway system is manufactured from structural steel and adheres to strict building code requirements, featuring a bolt-together design for maximum strength and rigidity. It has a standard width of 36", with an option for customization, and includes diamond plate steel treads that are powder coated, as well as closed risers. Custom sizes and configurations are available to meet exact height and space requirements. The standard stairway comprises three parts: two stringers with welded handrail and grip rail, and treads bolted between the stringers.
