The Husky Steel Frame Single Folding Tank (STF-500) features a robust design with a thickness of 22 oz. and dimensions of 72"L x 72"W x 29"H, accommodating a capacity of 500 gallons, with options for custom sizes ranging from 500 to 5,000 gallons. The frame is available in steel or aluminum, constructed from 7/8" OD 14 gauge HREW P&O round tube or 1"x1"x.125" 6061-T6 aircraft quality square tube, respectively. It is designed for easy handling and storage due to its single folding frames and incorporates chemical and fuel resistant materials, including NSF 61 approved potable materials. The tank includes exclusive Easy Lift Handles® (US patent no. 8,746,478 & other patents pending) located on the floor of the liners, along with a stainless steel quick release drain sleeve buckle. The materials used include XR-5, XR-5B, XR-3PW, various urethanes, PVCs, and PVC/urethane blends, and the tank comes with replaceable liners. Additional options such as top covers and ground covers are available, and the setup is straightforward, requiring no assembly—simply unfold and go. This product is ideal for applications such as oil spill cleanup, chemical or fuel storage, and both potable and waste water storage, making it the ultimate portable firefighting tank.
