The tank kit offers capacities ranging from 500 to 5,000 gallons, with custom sizes available upon request. The frames are constructed from either steel or aluminum; the steel option utilizes 7/8" OD 14 gauge HREW P&O round tube, while the aluminum frame is made from 1"x1"x.125" 6061-T6 aircraft quality square tube. Designed for ease of handling and storage, the frames feature single folding designs. The materials used are chemical and fuel resistant, with select components being NSF 61 approved for potable water use. The kit includes exclusive Easy Lift Handles® located on the floor of the liners, protected under US Patent No. 8,746,478, along with a stainless steel quick release drain sleeve buckle. The materials comprise XR-5, XR-5B, XR-3PW, various urethanes, PVCs, and PVC/urethane blends, all of which facilitate replaceable liners. Optional top covers and ground covers are available, ensuring easy setup without assembly—simply unfold and go. This kit is ideal for applications in oil spill clean-up, chemical or fuel storage, and both potable and wastewater storage, positioning it as the ultimate portable firefighting tank.
