The Husky Steel Frame Single Folding Tank STF-4000 is designed for efficiency and durability, featuring a thickness of 22 oz. and dimensions of 183"L x 183"W x 29"H, with a capacity of 4000 gallons. This tank accommodates capacities ranging from 500 to 5,000 gallons, with custom sizes available. It is constructed using steel or aluminum frames, with the steel frame made from 7/8" OD 14 gauge HREW P&O round tube, while the aluminum frame utilizes 1"x1"x.125" 6061-T6 aircraft quality square tube. The single folding frame design allows for easier handling and storage, and the materials used are chemical and fuel resistant, as well as NSF 61 approved for potable applications. The tank includes exclusive Easy Lift Handles® on the flooring of the liners (US Patent No. 8,746,478 & other patents pending) and features a stainless steel quick-release drain sleeve buckle. Various materials such as XR-5, XR-5B, XR-3PW, and blends of urethanes and PVC/urethane are utilized, and the tank offers replaceable liners. Additional options include top covers and ground covers. The setup process is straightforward, requiring no assembly—just unfold and go—making it ideal for applications such as oil spill clean-up, chemical or fuel storage, and potable or wastewater storage. This tank is also recognized as an ultimate portable firefighting solution and is available in double fold styles.
