The Husky Steel Frame Single Folding Tank STF-5000 features a robust design with a thickness of 22 oz., measuring 207"L x 207"W x 29"H and capable of holding 5000 gallons. The tank supports capacities ranging from 500 to 5,000 gallons, with custom sizes available. It offers both steel and aluminum frame options, with the steel frame constructed from 7/8" OD 14 gauge HREW P&O round tube, while the aluminum frame is made from 1"x1"x.125" 6061-T6 aircraft quality square tube. The single folding frames enable easier handling and storage, using chemical and fuel resistant materials that are also potable NSF 61 approved. The tank includes exclusive Easy Lift Handles® incorporated into the floor liners (US Patent No. 8,746,478 and other patents pending) and features a stainless steel quick release drain sleeve buckle. The materials used for construction include XR-5, XR-5B, XR-3PW, various urethanes, PVCS, and PVC/urethane blends. The design allows for replaceable liners, with optional top covers and ground covers available. The setup process is straightforward, requiring no assembly—simply unfold and use. It is ideal for applications such as oil spill cleanup, chemical or fuel storage, as well as potable or wastewater storage, and is classified as the ultimate portable firefighting tank.
