This kit features capacities ranging from 500 to 5,000 gallons, with custom sizes available to meet specific requirements. Constructed with either steel or aluminum frames, the steel frame is made from 7/8" OD 14 gauge HREW P&O round tube, while the aluminum frame utilizes 1"x1"x.125" 6061-T6 aircraft quality square tube. The design includes single folding frames for easier handling and storage, and the materials used are chemical and fuel resistant, with potable NSF 61 approved options. Highlighting innovation, the kit incorporates exclusive Easy Lift Handles® on the floor of the liners (US Patent No. 8,746,478 & other patents pending) and features a stainless steel quick release drain sleeve buckle. The materials consist of XR-5, XR-5B, XR-3PW, various urethanes, PVCs, and PVC/urethane blends, and the system allows for replaceable liners as well as top and ground covers. It offers easy setup with no assembly required—simply unfold and use. This kit is ideal for applications such as oil spill clean-up, chemical or fuel storage, and potable or waste water storage, making it the ultimate portable firefighting tank.
