This kit is designed for capacities ranging from 500 to 5,000 gallons, with custom sizes available. It features either steel or aluminum frames, with the steel frame constructed from 7/8" OD 14-gauge HREW P&O round tube, while the aluminum frame utilizes 1"x1"x.125" 6061-T6 aircraft quality square tube. The single folding frames facilitate easier handling and storage, and the materials used are chemical and fuel resistant, with potable NSF 61 approved materials. The kit includes exclusive Easy Lift Handles® on the floor of the liners (US Patent No. 8,746,478 & other patents pending), a stainless steel quick release drain sleeve buckle, and a variety of materials such as XR-5, XR-5B, XR-3PW, various urethanes, PVCs, and PVC/urethane blends. It features replaceable liners, and top covers and ground covers are available. The setup is straightforward, requiring no assembly—just unfold and go. This kit is particularly useful for oil spill cleanup, chemical or fuel storage, and potable or wastewater storage, positioning it as the ultimate portable firefighting tank.
