The tank kit offers capacities ranging from 500 to 5,000 gallons, with custom sizes available to meet specific needs. It features steel or aluminum frames, with the steel frame constructed from 7/8" OD 14 gauge HREW P&O round tube, while the aluminum frame utilizes 1" x 1" x .125" 6061-T6 aircraft quality square tube. Designed for easier handling and storage, the single folding frames are made from chemical and fuel resistant materials, adhering to potable NSF 61 approved standards. The kit includes exclusive Easy Lift Handles® on the floor of the liners (US Patent No. 8,746,478 & other patents pending) and a stainless steel quick release drain sleeve buckle. The materials used consist of XR-5, XR-5B, XR-3PW, various urethanes, PVCs, and PVC/urethane blends, with replaceable liners and optional top covers and ground covers. The setup is straightforward, requiring no assembly—simply unfold and go. This kit is ideal for applications such as oil spill cleanup, chemical or fuel storage, and potable or wastewater storage.
