The Husky Steel Frame Single Folding Tank STF-500 is designed with a thickness of 22 oz and measures 72"L x 72"W x 29"H, with a capacity of 500 gallons, available in black. This tank supports capacities ranging from 500 to 5,000 gallons, with custom sizes upon request. It features either steel or aluminum frames; the steel frame is constructed from 7/8" OD 14 gauge HREW P&O round tube, while the aluminum frame utilizes 1"x1"x.125" 6061-T6 aircraft quality square tube. The single folding design facilitates easier handling and storage, and the materials employed are resistant to chemicals and fuel, including NSF 61 approved potable materials. Exclusive to this design are Easy Lift Handles® located on the floor of the liners (US Patent No. 8,746,478 & other patents pending) and a stainless steel quick release drain sleeve buckle. The tank is made from a variety of materials such as XR-5, XR-5B, XR-3PW, all urethanes, PVCs, and PVC/urethane blends, and features replaceable liners. Top covers and ground covers are available, and it is designed for easy setup without the need for assembly—simply unfold and use. This tank is ideal for applications including oil spill cleanup, chemical or fuel storage, and both potable and wastewater storage, making it an excellent portable firefighting solution.
