The kit includes 500-5,000 gallon capacities with custom sizes available, featuring steel or aluminum frames. The steel frame material utilizes 7/8" OD 14 gauge HREW P&O round tube, while the optional square tube is available. The aluminum frame material is constructed from 1"x1"x.125" 6061-T6 aircraft quality square tube. The single folding frames allow for easier handling and storage, and the materials are chemical and fuel resistant, with potable NSF 61 approved components. Exclusive Easy Lift Handles® are incorporated on the floor of the liners (US Patent No. 8,746,478 & other patents pending) and a stainless steel quick release drain sleeve buckle is included. The materials used consist of XR-5, XR-5B, XR-3PW, various urethanes, PVCs, and PVC/urethane blends. The system offers replaceable liners, with top covers and ground covers available. The kit ensures easy setup with no assembly required—just unfold and go. It is suitable for oil spill clean-up, chemical or fuel storage, as well as potable or waste water storage, and is regarded as the ultimate portable firefighting tank.
