The tank kit offers capacities ranging from 500 to 5,000 gallons, with custom sizes available to meet specific needs. Constructed with either steel or aluminum frames, the steel frame features a 7/8" OD 14 gauge HREW P&O round tube, with an option for square tube, while the aluminum frame utilizes 1"x1"x.125" 6061-T6 aircraft quality square tube. The design includes single folding frames for easier handling and storage, and utilizes chemical and fuel resistant materials that are also NSF 61 approved for potable use. The kit is equipped with exclusive Easy Lift Handles® located on the floor of the liners (US Patent No. 8,746,478 & other patents pending), and includes a stainless steel quick release drain sleeve buckle. Materials consist of XR-5, XR-5B, XR-3PW, a variety of urethanes, PVCS, and PVC/urethane blends. Features include replaceable liners, available top covers and ground covers, and an easy setup process that requires no assembly—simply unfold and go. This tank is ideal for oil spill clean up, chemical or fuel storage, and both potable and wastewater storage, making it the ultimate portable firefighting tank.
