The portable tank kit is designed for capacities ranging from 500 to 5,000 gallons, with custom sizes available. It features steel or aluminum frames, with the steel frame made of 7/8" OD 14 gauge HREW P&O round tube, while the aluminum version utilizes 1"x1"x.125" 6061-T6 aircraft quality square tube. The single folding frames facilitate easier handling and storage. The materials used are chemical and fuel resistant, including potable NSF 61 approved materials. The kit incorporates exclusive Easy Lift Handles® on the floor of the liners (US Patent No. 8,746,478 & other patents pending) and a stainless steel quick release drain sleeve buckle. The materials consist of XR-5, XR-5B, XR-3PW, as well as various urethanes, PVCs, and PVC/urethane blends, all of which are replaceable. Additional items such as top covers and ground covers are also available. The tank is designed for easy setup with no assembly required—simply unfold to use. It serves multiple purposes including oil spill clean-up, chemical or fuel storage, and potable or wastewater storage, making it the ultimate portable firefighting tank.
