This kit is designed for capacities ranging from 500 to 5,000 gallons, with custom sizes available to meet specific needs. It features either steel or aluminum frames, with the steel frame constructed from 7/8" OD 14 gauge HREW P&O round tube, while the aluminum frame utilizes 1"x1"x.125" 6061-T6 aircraft quality square tube. The single folding frames enable easier handling and storage, and all materials used are chemical and fuel resistant, as well as potable NSF 61 approved. The kit includes exclusive Easy Lift Handles® located on the floor of the liners (US Patent No. 8,746,478 & other patents pending) and a stainless steel quick release drain sleeve buckle. The materials offered include XR-5, XR-5B, XR-3PW, various urethanes, PVCs, and PVC/urethane blends. Additionally, the liners are replaceable, and optional top covers and ground covers are available. The setup is user-friendly, requiring no assembly—simply unfold and go. Ideal applications include oil spill clean-up, chemical or fuel storage, and both potable or wastewater storage, making it the ultimate portable firefighting tank.
