The tank kit is designed for capacities ranging from 500 to 5,000 gallons, with custom sizes available upon request. It features either steel or aluminum frames, with the steel frame constructed from 7/8" OD 14 gauge HREW P&O round tube and an optional square tube, while the aluminum frame utilizes 1"x1"x.125" 6061-T6 aircraft quality square tube. The design includes single folding frames for improved handling and storage, and is made from chemical and fuel resistant materials, including potable NSF 61 approved materials. Notable features include Exclusive Easy Lift Handles® on the floor of the liners (US Patent No. 8,746,478 & other patents pending), a stainless steel quick release drain sleeve buckle, and replaceable liners. The materials utilized consist of XR-5, XR-5B, XR-3PW, various urethanes, PVCs, and PVC/urethane blends. Additional options such as top covers and ground covers are available, and the tank is easy to set up with no assembly required—just unfold and go. It is ideal for applications such as oil spill clean-up, chemical or fuel storage, and potable or waste water storage, and is regarded as the ultimate portable firefighting tank.
