The tank kit offers capacities ranging from 500 to 5,000 gallons, with custom sizes available to meet specific needs. The frames can be constructed from either steel or aluminum, with the steel frame made from 7/8" OD 14 gauge HREW P&O round tube, while square tube options are also available. The aluminum frame utilizes 1"x1"x.125" 6061-T6 aircraft quality square tube. The single folding frames facilitate easier handling and storage. The materials used for the tanks are chemical and fuel resistant, as well as potable NSF 61 approved. The kit features exclusive Easy Lift Handles® located on the floor of the liners (US Patent No. 8,746,478 and other patents pending), and a stainless steel quick release drain sleeve buckle is included. The tank materials consist of XR-5, XR-5B, XR-3PW, various urethanes, PVCs, and PVC/urethane blends, with replaceable liners available. Optional top covers and ground covers can be provided, and the tanks are designed for easy setup—requiring no assembly other than unfolding. This product is ideal for applications such as oil spill cleanup, chemical or fuel storage, and potable or wastewater storage, and is recognized as the ultimate portable firefighting tank.
