This portable tank kit is designed for capacities ranging from 500 to 5,000 gallons, with custom sizes available to meet specific needs. It features robust steel or aluminum frames, with the steel frame made from 7/8" OD 14 gauge HREW P&O round tube, while the aluminum frame utilizes a 1"x1"x.125" 6061-T6 aircraft quality square tube. The tank includes single folding frames for easier handling and storage, and is constructed from chemical and fuel resistant materials that are also potable with NSF 61 approval. Exclusive Easy Lift Handles® are incorporated into the floor of the liners (US Patent No. 8,746,478 & other patents pending), alongside a stainless steel quick release drain sleeve buckle. The materials used in the construction include XR-5, XR-5B, XR-3PW, various urethanes, PVCs, and PVC/urethane blends. The kit is designed for easy setup without the need for assembly; simply unfold and go. It is versatile for applications such as oil spill clean-up, chemical or fuel storage, and potable or waste water storage. Additionally, top covers and ground covers are available, with replaceable liners included. Double fold styles are also offered upon request for further customization.
