The portable firefighting tank kit is designed to accommodate capacities ranging from 500 to 5,000 gallons, with custom sizes available to meet specific needs. It features steel or aluminum frames, with the steel frame constructed from 7/8" OD 14 gauge HREW P&O round tube, and an option for square tube. The aluminum frame is made of high-quality 1"x1"x.125" 6061-T6 aircraft grade square tube. The tank includes single folding frames for enhanced handling and storage, utilizing chemical and fuel resistant materials. All components are made from potable NSF 61 approved materials. The kit is equipped with Exclusive Easy Lift Handles® on the floor of the liners, which are protected by US Patent No. 8,746,478 and other patents pending. It also includes a stainless steel quick release drain sleeve buckle. The construction materials consist of XR-5, XR-5B, XR-3PW, various urethanes, PVCs, and PVC/urethane blends, with replaceable liners available. Additional features include top covers and ground covers, and the tank is designed for easy setup with no assembly required—just unfold and go. It is suitable for applications such as oil spill cleanup, chemical or fuel storage, and potable or wastewater storage. The product is also available in double fold styles.
