Our Paunch Truck with removable pluck pan is constructed from heavy-duty 14 gauge T-304 stainless steel, with the pluck pan measuring 26" in length, 26" in width, and 3" in height. The truck's overall dimensions are 34" in width and 70" in length, featuring 8" sides and a reinforced rim. Inside, the truck is TIG welded and glass bead blasted smooth for easy cleanup. It is equipped with two heavy-duty 10" load wheels with rubber tread and one 6" swivel caster located at the rear end of the truck.
