The tool transport kit is designed for lean manufacturing facilities to efficiently organize tools and parts, allowing for quick visual identification of items. It includes a heavy-duty, all-welded truck with a durable powder-coated gray finish, measuring 56" in overall height. The unit features one side with a 16-gauge pegboard that has holes on 1" centers, accommodating most standard hooks, and one side with louvered panels that can hold various sizes of hanging bins (pegs and bins not included). The pegboard and louvered panels are each 48" high. Equipped with 2 rigid and 2 swivel 5" polyurethane casters, this unit is easy to transport safely to any work area.
