The Gleason Reel® cable reel is designed for versatile mounting options, allowing installation on walls, ceilings, or under workbenches. It features a durable cast aluminum housing with a baked polyester finish and comes equipped with a unitized 20 amp slip ring in a gasketed enclosure for enhanced reliability. The reel includes an easily accessible gasketed junction box and a spring housing and guide arm that houses the spring motor. Its spool configuration prevents lock-out and is designed with a watertight cord grip for added protection. The field adjustable cord guide is equipped with four rollers and a cord stop, ensuring smooth cord retraction and extension. A positive lock system with field adjustable disengage enhances usability, while the maintenance-free enclosed power spring reduces the need for upkeep. The kit includes a Type SO cable measuring 14/4C x 20'.
