The STD-4C compliant USPS approved Florence Versatile™ 6 high suite mailbox is designed for recessed wall-mounted applications and includes 4 resident mail compartments, 1 parcel locker, and 1 outgoing mail slot. This mailbox meets or exceeds the STD-4C requirements mandated for new construction and major renovations, making it suitable for both standard and private delivery applications. Key features include superior strength, corrosion resistance, and exceptional durability for indoor and outdoor installation. The mailbox is fully recessed for in-wall mounting, with optional surface-mount collar and kiosk kits available at an additional charge. Compliance with USPS regulations ensures a minimum of one parcel locker for every ten tenant compartments and one outgoing mail slot per unit. The unit comes with a factory-installed integral trim that surrounds the mailbox and includes a unique MUCK (multi-unit connector kit) for easy installation of multiple 4C mailboxes. The dimensions of the compartments are (4) 3"H oversized tenant compartments, (1) 20-1/2"H parcel locker, and a 6-1/2"H standard outgoing mail compartment.
