The STD-4C compliant USPS approved Florence Versatile™ ADA max height suite mailbox is designed for recessed wall-mounted applications and includes 10 resident mail compartments, 2 parcel lockers, and 1 outgoing mail slot. This mailbox meets or exceeds the requirements of STD-4C for new construction and major renovations, making it suitable for private delivery applications as well. It features superior strength, corrosion resistance, and exceptional durability for both indoor and outdoor installations. The mailbox is fully-recessed for in-wall mounting, with surface-mount collar and kiosk kits available separately. Compliance with USPS regulations mandates a minimum of one parcel locker for every ten tenant compartments, and one outgoing mail slot per unit. The product comes with factory-installed integral trim that surrounds the mailbox, and includes a unique MUCK (multi-unit connector kit) for the easy installation of multiple 4C mailboxes. The dimensions of the compartments are ten 3"H tenant compartments, two 13-1/2"H parcel lockers, and a 6-1/2"H standard outgoing mail slot.
