This STD-4C compliant USPS approved Florence Versatile™ max height suite mailbox includes 20 resident mail compartments, 2 parcel lockers, and 1 outgoing mail compartment, designed for recessed wall-mounted mailbox applications. Florence 4C mailboxes meet or exceed STD-4C requirements for new construction and major renovations, making them suitable for private delivery applications as well. The mailbox features superior strength, corrosion resistance, and exceptional durability for both indoor and outdoor installations. It is fully-recessed for in-wall mounting, with surface-mount collar and kiosk kits available at an additional charge. Compliance with USPS regulations includes a minimum of one parcel locker for every ten tenant compartments and one outgoing mail slot per unit. The mailbox comes with factory-installed integral trim and a unique MUCK (Multi-Unit Connector Kit) for easy installation of multiple 4C mailboxes. The dimensions include (20) 3"H standard tenant compartments, (2) 15"H parcel lockers, and a 6-1/2"H standard outgoing mail compartment. Please note that this item is custom made and not returnable.
